Shipping Time

Our estimated standard delivery time is 12–18 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

United States Shipping

For orders shipped within the United States:

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Orders under $50 are charged a $15 standard shipping fee.
Estimated delivery time: 12–18 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.

Standard international shipping: $15.
Estimated delivery time: 12–18 business days.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided by email once it becomes available. Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will review the tracking information and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
